We are pleased to announce that Leonard Liu has joined AvoLead LLC as Client Engagement Director. Based in Beijing, China, Leonard serves AvoLead clients as a leadership development consultant, facilitator and executive coach.
With more than 21 years’ experience in corporate training, talent development and organizational development, Leonard is known for teaching and implementing leadership frameworks into organizations. He has participated in more than 100 consulting projects for large multinational companies, the Chinese Government, European Union, United Nations, British Council, British Embassy and others. From 1994 to 1997, Leonard was the Regional Training Consultant of Motorola China.
